My Story

If you had met me years ago, you probably would have thought I had it all together.

I was building businesses, leading teams, solving problems, taking care of responsibilities, and showing up for everyone who needed me.

From the outside, I looked capable.

Inside, I was exhausted.

Like many women, I spent years being what everyone else needed me to be.

I was productive.

I was dependable.

I was strong.

But somewhere along the way, I stopped asking myself a very important question.

"What do I need?"

I knew how to take care of a business.

I knew how to take care of a family.

I knew how to take care of responsibilities.

What I had forgotten was how to take care of myself.

Over time, the effects began to show up everywhere.

My energy suffered.

My confidence suffered.

My health suffered.

The woman I saw in the mirror no longer felt like the woman I knew I could be.

I believed the answer was simply losing weight.

If I could just lose the weight, everything would be better.

What I discovered was that the journey was much bigger than that.

As I began rebuilding my health, I realized I wasn't simply trying to change my body.

I was trying to reconnect with myself.

The workouts mattered.

The nutrition mattered.

The habits mattered.

But underneath all of those things was something deeper.

I had spent years putting myself at the bottom of my own priority list.

What I needed was not another quick fix.

I needed a way to return to myself.

So I started learning.

I studied fitness.

I studied nutrition.

I explored the mindset patterns that keep women stuck.

I paid attention to the struggles women shared over and over again.

Different stories.

Different backgrounds.

Different ages.

Yet the same underlying feeling.

Many of us had become so busy being useful that we had forgotten how to be ourselves.

That realization became the foundation of Fire & Grace.

Fire & Grace was never meant to be another fitness program.

There are plenty of workout plans in the world.

There are plenty of meal plans in the world.

What I wanted to create was a place where women could rebuild more than their bodies.

A place where they could rebuild trust.

Confidence.

Strength.

Identity.

A place where they could stop trying to become someone new and start becoming themselves again.

That is what Fire & Grace represents to me.

Fire is the courage to keep moving forward.

Grace is the compassion to keep going when life is imperfect.

We need both.

Today, I am still on the journey.

I have not arrived at some magical destination.

I still face challenges.

I still have difficult days.

I still have moments where I have to remind myself why I started.

But I no longer believe the goal is perfection.

The goal is becoming stronger.

The goal is becoming healthier.

The goal is creating a life that feels like mine.

If any part of my story sounds familiar, I want you to know something.

You do not need to become a different person.

You do not need to earn your worth.

You do not need to wait until everything is perfect before you start.

You can begin where you are.

That is exactly how Fire & Grace began.

And maybe it is exactly where your journey begins too.
